Born in 2021 with a simple belief that a workspace should do more than house desks, GreenNest was built to empower Kerala’s professionals, foster community, and prove that sustainability and world-class amenities can coexist.
GreenNest was born from a simple frustration the lack of a truly modern, community-driven workspace in Kochi that didn’t compromise on sustainability. Our founders, professionals themselves, understood the need firsthand.
Located in Girinagar Housing Colony, Giri Nagar, Kadavanthra, we opened our doors in 2021 with a commitment to creating something different: a workspace that energises rather than exhausts, connects rather than isolates, and treats lightly on the planet.
The man who gave GreenNest its shape and soul is Suresh Pillay, General Manager of GreenNest. His philosophy is simple and deeply held: “The office must be a place you would love to come and work.” That single idea drove every decision from the natural light that fills the workspace to the quality of the chair you sit on. Suresh envisioned a place where professionals don’t just come to get things done, but actually look forward to walking in each day. GreenNest is that vision, made real.
