For the 3-seater private manager cabin, we operate on an 11-month agreement with a 2-month notice period. For meeting room and conference room bookings, there is no minimum you can book by the hour as needed.
Can we customize the office space or add our branding?
Yes. For the private manager cabin, you are welcome to add your company branding, nameplates, or minor customizations that don’t require structural changes. Speak to our team about your specific requirements.
Is internet connectivity reliable for video calls and cloud-based work?
Absolutely. We provide high-speed fibre internet with a backup connection that automatically takes over if the primary line fails. The infrastructure is designed for businesses running cloud applications, video conferencing, and real-time collaboration tools.
How does security work for private cabins?
The building has biometric access at the entrance, and your private cabin is lockable with keys provided to your team. Full CCTV coverage monitors common areas and entry points. Your equipment and documents are secure.

Can we access the office outside regular working hours?
Yes. Office tenants have biometric access and can enter the premises as needed, including evenings and weekends. Our regular managed hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, but access outside these hours can be arranged.
Are meeting rooms included with the private cabin plan?
Meeting rooms are available to all office tenants and can be booked by the hour. Pricing and availability details are provided during the agreement discussion.
What happens if our team grows and we need more space?
